Owned and operated by Steve Ladell, my goal is to offer an efficient, professional and speedy service, maintaining the highest levels of integrity to all clients (Hip providers, estate agents, solicitors and private house sellers)

I am a fully qualified and accredited Independent Energy Assessor trained and qualified to industry standards; hold all Professional indemnity and Public Liability insurance and along with Criminal Record Checks you can be assured of professionalism, quality assurance and peace of mind.

The energy reports produced will be of high quality and delivered within tight timescales at a competitive price. Meeting your needs is my most important objective.


As a new and growing business, I can adjust the offerings to meet your targets ensuring your requirements are fully met. SHL EPC’s is based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, The area covered extends across Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex and of course includes London. The area covered can be extended further for multiple bookings in one locality on the same day
